Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 777gd website accessible at https://777gd.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available thereon.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a player account on the 777gd platform or who accesses any part of the platform without registration.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 777gd platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other betting market made available on the platform.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identity document, proof of age, proof of address, or payment method verification material requested by 777gd in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service available on the 777gd platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are posted.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall prevail in respect of the matter to which it specifically relates.

777gd reserves the right to require that you re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including after any material amendment. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of your account pending confirmation.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777gd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the player's use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Players who are under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on 777gd. 777gd actively enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated, acting under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are not permitted to use the platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active player account on 777gd. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity details is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Excluded Persons: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of 777gd are not permitted to hold player accounts or place wagers on the platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 777gd platform, players must complete the registration process. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify 777gd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• 777gd will never ask you to provide your full password via email or any support channel. Any communication purporting to be from 777gd that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
• Account usernames may not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked terms. 777gd reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.

Account Verification (KYC)

777gd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm player identity, age, and payment method ownership. Verification may be requested at registration, upon first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at 777gd's discretion.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following document types:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming date of birth showing the player is 21 or older.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing the player's name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to deposit funds.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period specified in the verification request will result in withdrawal suspension until the verification process is completed. 777gd reserves the right to void wagers and close accounts where verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777gd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported institutions).

• Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your 777gd account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. USDT and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on network and banking conditions.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. This minimum applies across all payment methods unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 777gd finance team within 24 hours of submission. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Platform Fees: 777gd does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges arising from the payment provider's own fee structures are the responsibility of the player.
• Own Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777gd account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Verification: 777gd reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing by the player.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

777gd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Welcome Bonus: The 777gd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on the 777gd platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one active bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, or payment method at any time. Claiming multiple bonuses through separate accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: 777gd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, and collusion between players.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire automatically after the stated validity period and will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on 777gd are subject to the general betting and gaming rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rules prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: 777gd reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet or wager at its discretion, including in cases where a bet is placed on an incorrect price or odds arising from a manifest error.
• Manifest Errors: Any bet placed at odds or with game parameters that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake — will be void. 777gd will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and casino game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted by 777gd at any time without prior notice.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been confirmed. Unconfirmed bets during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket Markets: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets offered on 777gd are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published on the cricket section of the platform. Match abandonment, weather delays, and other interruptions are handled as stated in those rules.

Prohibited Activities

• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your 777gd account, or accessing or using another person's account, under any circumstances.

• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any way to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, sports betting, or promotional competitions offered by 777gd.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Exploiting price differences between 777gd and other platforms, or systematically placing offsetting bets with the intent of profiting from bonus terms rather than genuine wagering activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777gd platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 777gd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in respect of a genuine deposit made to your 777gd account. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for any withdrawn amounts.

Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of 777gd's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777gd's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777gd shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform for maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond 777gd's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Data transmission errors, internet connectivity failures, or device malfunctions on the player's side;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 777gd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 777gd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

777gd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles of 777gd's approach to data protection include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes directly related to the operation of the platform and the fulfilment of our obligations to players;
• Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;

Your continued use of the 777gd platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777gd operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 777gd, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The player must first contact the 777gd support team at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within seven business days.
2. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with the resolution offered in Step 1, the dispute may be escalated to the 777gd compliance team by written request. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and respond within 14 business days.
3. Final Decision: The decision of the 777gd compliance team following escalation is final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Players agree that any claim against 777gd must be brought individually and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
